ALPHA TRADE GROUP hereinafter called ATGATG, its affiliates and successors and assigns and the undersigned, (hereinafter “Member”), in addition to the Independent Contractor Agreement, draft and agree to the following terms:

As a private transaction, our program are exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

We are a private company, which conducts private transactions. We utilize professional outside sources to invest our portfolio, some using proprietary software.  Should you have questions about investing we recommend that you consult a trusted friend or professional with experience in the field.

You agree to hold all principals and members of ATG harmless of any liability. You are investing at your own risk and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this site are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not an investment advice.

Any waiver of this agreement shall not constitute an ongoing waiver of that or other provisions.

This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of ATG’s registration, with jurisdiction residing therein.

Should any provision become unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

ATG respects its active Network Members and may at any time stop accepting new membership. This decision will be based on many factors aimed at protecting the earnings of current members in the network. 


ATG reserves the right to deny any membership or cancel membership at our discretion. Cancellation of membership is generally due to (but not limited to) unethical activity, misrepresenting ATG or actions that harm or discredit the network or business like but not limited to: False Advertising, Marketing of the program in any Printed or Online Publication inside or out of the USA, Phone Marketing, Radio Advertising, TV commercials or Talk show spots, Mass Mail Marketing, Viral Online Marketing, Fax Marketing or by the usage of any unauthorized Printed or Digital Material mot authorized by ATG.

All Promotional Material has to be approved first by the Legal Compliance Department at ATG. ATG will provide all material for promotional purpose.

If an account is cancelled, any balance in the account less money owned will be returned. The account balance is deemed to be the balance as of the last day of the previous month.

The age on a Member must be the age of legality in your country, but in no case shall any Member be less than 18 years of age.

Taxes: all taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Member. You are advised to seek tax advice in the country in which you reside. ATG further advises all Members to report their earnings as required by law in your country. ATG shall not withhold taxes from Members earnings.

All transactions, to include deposits and withdrawals from accounts are deemed to be final. Should any dispute or disagreement arise you should contact ATG immediately and all such disputes or disagreements will be investigated. All resolutions will be in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of ATG.

Changes: ATG reserves the right to change any aspect of our investment program and network marketing program. This includes but is not limited to Target investment returns, types of investments, referral commissions and down line design.

ATG, its successors, affiliates, and assigns may amend, update, append to or alter these terms as needed in its sole discretion from time to time. Member agrees that it is the sole responsibility of Member to obtain such and to be bound by such.

Member may cancel his/her account at any time with or without notice. Simply request a withdrawal of the funds in your account and advise us of the cancellation in writing (email is sufficient). The account balance is deemed to be the balance as of the last day of the previous month. The account balance includes investment earning and referral commissions. Member will no longer receive any benefits of ATG of any sort, to include compensation for past present or future personal referrals, or compensation from down line groups of any type.

Member understands that any material or other breach of this agreement may subject Member to actions as established in the Rules of Conduct, to include but not limited to termination of Members contract and all past, present, or future rights Member has thereof from personal sales, or compensation from down line groups. Member agrees to conduct business with honesty and integrity, as defined by ATG and to provide accurate ATG information. Violations may lead to actions as outlined in the Rules of Conduct.

ATG is an investment club, which provides the Member an opportunity to develop a referral business using network marketing. ATG charges no fee for this opportunity and Member understands that no employment or contractual relationship of any type is created or implied by this contract except as may be specifically enumerated in a signed written document by ATG and Member. The Member is an Independent Contractor. No other relationship with ATG, its affiliates, successors, or assigns exists unless otherwise stated in a writing signed by the parties hereto

By joining ATG a member may invest as per our Terms & Conditions and guidelines published in the ATG FAQ’s. The Member has no ownership of any type in the business ATG, Inc.

Member understands that it is incumbent upon Member to become familiar with all laws, rules, regulations, licenses, ordinances, tax requirements, etc. that may in any way affect Members business and/or contractual agreement with ATG. Member has had the opportunity to obtain advice from the appropriate counsel and/or licensed professionals in this regard, and is encouraged to continue to do so as long as this agreement exists.


Applies to Risk: Trading, at times, incurs a greater than average risk. Trades may result in gain or loss of money. Members understand that the loss of their deposit (principle) is possible. While ATG will make every effort to make reasonable profits for its members there is no guarantee of earnings or that the Members principle will not be lost. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance.

An "investment adjustment" may be made at the end of the month. This would only occur if the actual investment return falls below the Target Return Rate for the investment level that an investor is in.

Liability: The Member agrees to indemnify and hold ATG, all principals, managers and registered members harmless of any liability. You understand that you are depositing money at your own risk and fully understand that past performance is not, in any way, a guarantee of future performance. You agree that all information, communication and material you will find relating to ATG are intended to be as informational and educational information and not as investment advice.

As an independent contractor, Member shall not exceed this limited license to act as an associate of ATG. Member is not an employee, agent, partner, legal representative, or franchisee unless such is stated specifically in a written agreement signed by the parties hereto. Solely Member, to include ordinary, shall incur all costs of doing business and usual business expenses and other expenses associated with the Member business, and shall not be reimbursed by ATG.

To ensure the quality and accuracy of information, Member agrees to use only ATG approved literature, information, websites and materials in dealing with the public.

Member agrees that the only compensation Member is entitled to for this agreement will be that which is clearly delineated in ATG’s business plan in the approved Power Point presentation and any marketing material approved and disseminated by the company.

Member agrees to make no promises or implications of any sort concerning benefits, compensation or the rewards of joining ATG, its affiliates, successors, and assigns, except those that are specifically delineated in ATG’s presentation and marketing material. Member agrees to make no illegal, unethical, or inconsistent representations with the public concerning ATG’s investment club or business plan.


Members found to be in violation Terms and Conditions may have their accounts cancelled and may forfeit their account balance.

ATG is not responsible or liable for marketing data, material, and verbal or written claims made by Members that are not approved in writing by ATG.

Remember, as a private investment network we are pooling our resources and we must have time for them to work. You may withdraw your deposits after the investment program period you choose in the application is over.  If they are withdrawn earlier you will lose all interest earned and pay a 10% penalty on your investment(s). Any money withdrawn during the six month period will also be deducted from your refund.
